Update order status

When an order is delivered, it is important that the quantities of the relevant order are specified. You can specify the quantities for each delivery address via the order card of the order. By clicking save, the numbers become final.

The next step is to change the status of the order. Click on “General” and choose “Delivered” in the scroll menu. After this the supplier and the customer are informed that the order will be delivered by e-mail. At the same time, the order is moved to archive and the delivery is cleaned up for the customer in the delivery list.

Be aware that the change of status is not possible if no numbers have been specified at the delivery addresses.
