How can order files be uploaded?

We have different ways of sending files. Files can only be sent if an order has been created in Xiolution. The files are always linked to the Xiolution order number.

When an order confirmation is sent to the customer, it contains a link to upload the files in a secure environment.

The customer can also upload the files directly in the portal.
